  • Guests must be 18 years or older to enter and/or consume alcohol. Valid identification must be presented upon request.
  • The Bar reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who appears intoxicated, behaves disruptively, or fails to comply with staff instructions.
  • Entry may be subject to availability and venue capacity.
  • We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, discriminatory or illegal behaviour.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if attire is deemed inappropriate or offensive
  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time
  • A deposit or minimum spend may apply for group bookings or private hire.
  • All booking details, including guest numbers and special requirements, must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event.
  • Cancellations for group or event bookings must be cancelled in writing
  • Cancellation charges will be applied in line with booking contract/terms and conditions
  • The hotel may cancel the booking at any time without any obligation to you in any of the following circumstances:
  • If the Venue or any part of it is closed due to fire, alteration, or re-decoration, by order of a public authority, administrative receiver or for any reason beyond the hotel’s control.
  • If you become bankrupt or insolvent or enter liquidation or have an administrator, administrative receiver or receiver appointed overall or to a substantial part or your assets.
  • Payment or deposit, in line with booking conditions, has not been received.
  • If the event may, in the General Manager’s reasonable opinion, prejudice the reputation of Sloane Square Hotel Ltd.
  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  • Any damage to the premises, furnishings, or equipment will be the responsibility of the guest or booking party.
  • Security staff may be present during certain hours and events for the safety of our guests
  • Zero-tolerance policy on harassment, aggression or illegal activity
  • Only alcohol purchased on-site may be consumed on the premises.
  • Service is subject to conditions of the premises licence
  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any individual.
  • Outside catering is not allowed unless pre-approved in writing as part of a private event agreement.
  • Live music or DJs may be scheduled at the Bar’s discretion and subject to local licensing laws.
  • Music and entertainment is subject to the terms of the premises licence
  • For private events, music and entertainment requests must be submitted in advance for approval.
  • The Knox is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings on the premises, except where required by law.
  • Guests are advised to keep valuables secure and behave with care while on-site.
  • Guests may take personal photos; however, professional photography or filming requires prior written consent.
  • By attending events at the Knox, you consent to being included in official event photos or videos, which may be used for promotional purposes.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
