crafted cocktails at the bar or settle into a plush booth as the night unfolds.
Hotel guests receive a key at check-in for exclusive access via the elevator’s
disco ball button. Everyone else can discover The Knox by finding the black
door, descending the red velvet stairs to reveal

Our Cocktails have been carefully crafted by our own team with a nod to the vibrant 70/80s Miami club scene. Sip a Disco Inferno, Tipsy Flamingo or a Yayo Mule to the soundtrack of disco, funk, and old-school beats or embrace your inner Griselda Blanco with a Dirty Martini in a private, intimate booth.
From Monday to Wednesday, guests can enjoy our extensive list of handcrafted cocktails and delicious food prepared by Côte Brasserie in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Thursdays to Saturdays, a rotating residency of Vinyl DJs will spin disco, funk and old-school beats, creating a vibrant soundtrack for the evening.
